This is one of the best part of the holidays, putting up lights, especially solar powered LED lights.

It always makes me wonder what the animals think about the lights. And, maybe they look forward to a treat of some extra seed or grain, if they’re up and not hibernating.

The animals must find it curious, with all the decorations and lights. Hopefully, the get a bit of a treat of something, for the holidays.

(In different Christmas plays and pageants I played Tiny Tim, a sheep, a sheepherder,  one of the Magi (Who asked for directions; so got there on time. The line was, "I got 'im a tie.")
And, for some reason, a monkey on Noah's Ark: typecasting, no doubt.
In one production, my friend, Sue, had to quickly change backstage, between Nephew Fred and Belle, Scrooge's long, lost love. It was funny.)
